I updated to 4.8.1 with the fallback option, and everything seems to be
fine again. I have played 5 songs without hickups.

Thanks, Michael !

I am also living in Denmark. No problems with Spotify on pc or phone,

I noticed that Squeezer on my phone could 't connect either, so I
rebooted my Pi, and that solved it. Should have done that in the first

I suspect there was a conflict with Max2play's Spotify Connect plugin,
which I have not installed this time.

Anyway, thank you for your patience and great work with Squeezebox and
support in this forum.

Well, I guess listening with my head in the sand would be a bit..
itchy, and I would be glad to help, if I can.

What is the exact path to the folder, you would like to check?

I managed to check
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/Bin/arm-linux/
with the command from above - it lists a lot of subfolders with
permissions.

Yesterday I streamed Jack White flawlessly from Spotify/Spotty for
hours.

This morning I rebooted after changing timezone. (For some reason my
system time has been 1,5 hrs off for a few weeks). I might have been
running an older version of Spotty before the reboot.

Here's my log

Thanks. I didn't think of the information page.

I found the playlist manager plugin here:
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins - but still, no
playlists in the folder 'PlaylistMan' - only settings.pm, plugin.pm and
language strings

I have created a folder to playlists in the main LMS-settings page, but
playlists from Playlist Manager doesn't show up in that folder...

[SlimDevices: Plugins] Playlist manager - Playlist files path?

2015-12-27 Thread Adjunkten

Hello,

I am a happy user of Philip Meyer's playlist manager plugin, but I can't
figure out where the playlist files are stored on the server. I would
like to access them directly via a Samba share, so that I can edit
multiple song tags easily.

I tried to set up a Samba share of the folder
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/Plugins since I figured Debian distro must be
like Ubuntu, but the folder is empty.. ?

http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Logitech_Media_Server_file_locations#Ubuntu_.3E12.04

Thanks

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Dynamic Playlists as Favorites and Alarms

2010-11-28 Thread Adjunkten

Thanks for answering Phil. I will try to rephrase:

I can select any of the dynamic playlist as favorites, and they appear
in my favorites list, but there's no playlist generated when I press
play - nothing happens.

As mentioned above, ALL dynamic playlists play from the 'Dynamic
playlists' in the topmenu - but then you have to select a few times -
would be nice with a favorite.

I would like to set 'Not played songs' as a favorite

I can play 'Not played songs' when I choose it from the Dynamic
Playlist menu, but when I set it as favorite, nothing happens.

I have set it as a favorite in advanced settings, too. Maybe it's the
OS?
