Here's an update to version 2.6.0 of sylpheed.
I've talked with ajacoutot@ and he said to me to try here first because he's
busy.
Some patches are not needed anymore (they have been incorporated upstream).
The best way tro try:
# cp -r /usr/ports/mail/sylpheed /usr/ports/mail/sylpheed.1
# cd /us

Likewise, Vimeo and Flickr complain wanting FP 10.

There is an official channel for flash player feature requests. I
opened a feature request for 'OpenBSD binaries' here:
https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-881
I'm not sure if it'd help, but maybe people could register an account
and comment/vote on it to try attracting Adobe's attention.

At this point gnash and Flash Player 7 offer similar functionality. There
are two major ticks against gnash that don't affect FP7:

I've tried gnash 0.8.4 on amd64 and it works fine with youtube. Play/Pause,
Seek/Forward and the volume button works too. But the sound that it plays has
much glitches. This doesn't occur with 0.8.3 and i don't know what can be.
Maybe Jacob could give a try and catch what's happens? :)

port has supported direct audio via OSS or native audio for a long
time. I don
