Re: [PEDA] lengh of port
Yves, Have you double-clicked on the port itself? When I do that I get a properties box that allows me to change the length, location, alignment of text, etc. Hope this helps. brian -Original Message- From: Yves Dubois [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, July 29, 2003 1:29 PM To: Protel EDA Forum Subject: [PEDA] lengh of port Hello all, I had the following problems once in a while and I can' figure it out. Re: [PEDA] DXP switch
I can tell you about a certain issue with installation on a dual boot 98/2000 box, but I doubt that is your situation. I haven't tested it with one of the newer CD's that come with SP2 already on them, since I don't have one. Perhaps this issue no longer exists. What happens is 10 of the DXP template files are flagged by various disk repair utilities as having invalid long file names when the disk is checked on the Win98 side. This wouldn't be much of a problem except most disk utilities want to delete the long file names. Win2000 utilities report no problem. It is easily fixed by zipping up the templates, deleting the originals and then unzipping them back into the original directory. Thought I would mention it just in case. [PEDA] Analysing...
Hi all, I've just been handed a rather large board with quite a few individual GND polygons on it (35 to be exact). I've been asked to clean it up so we can have a prototype made. Every time I make a change to the board, (ie, move track, delete fill etc..etc..), after the edit, it sits there for about 6 seconds with Analysing GND in the status bar at the bottom, and then all is well until the next edit. I've turned off all online DRC checks, and anything else I could think of, to no avail. I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this done (and there's a lot to do...). Any ideas? Thanks!
