You could try exporting the text and components to spreadsheet (edit/export to spread) . It has a 'movable' column and true(false?) flag. Earlier versions (V3.x) had problems in updating the spreadsheet back to the primitves on the board, and only appeared to work on the first attempt. Im not

Linden, What happens if you Save-As the file as an ASCII file and open the file in a text editor? You should be able to find a record for each component designator (it will be a "Record=Text") - search for a suitably unique designator. Is there a "locked=true" section to the record (or somet
