[PEDA] Drag Selection in PCB Editor

Hi All, My customer try to drag selection on pcb. Typical Protel' interface has commands Edit - Move and Edit - Drag. I can create new command with parameters Drag = True|Objects = Selection but I can see reaction on Drag parameter. Can somebody help me? Maybe it is a bug? **
