Rob's not going to disappear; he's my graduate student and is
around for the long haul. I agree, though, that if he isn't
using the board we should get it to someone who will.

He hasn't been working on PSAS stuff for at least three months, and I'd
like to get the hardware back before he disappears. If he wants to
contribute to the current project, he can keep it.

Sarah:

I verified the BorrowedEquipment page. Seems reasonable;

I had one of the LPC-P2148 Olimex boards for a while, but gave it back
to Andrew sometime around April or May. I expect he gave it to you?

I bought my very own own little Olimex header board (LPC-H2148) also
back in April, and just yesterday bought my own USB-JTAG-OCD "JTAG
Unit" because they are just so cool! I also bought my own USB serial
thingie. I have cut the cord! :) :)

BTW: When I was looking for the USB-JTAG-OCD from Olimex, SparkFun was
out of stock with no idea of when they would have them. I found two
other vendors with the same out-of-stock problem (random Google
search, I forget who). They are all waiting for Olimex to make more.
However I did find one at MicroControllerPros Corporation
, and they said they had 70 in stock.
That's where I got mine.

I think I have the mini Olimex board. I cleaned out my drawer in the
open source office and I remember finding the box, if not the board.

In general, we need to keep track of who has PSAS equipment by editing
this page:
http://psas.pdx.edu/BorrowedEquipment

Bart, please add the extra boards you bought to the page. If you see
Rob Stites, let him know we want his Olimex board back.

There are two more full size Olimex boards and one header board on order
right now. We were having trouble coming up with development hardware so
Bart & Kathi ordered a couple more. I suspect that the header boards will
come in handy more often then not when testing the various software that
needs to be written.
