Even if I have enabled the topological editing and selected the check
box for avoid the intersection of new polygons, when I use the Free
Hand plug-in and I edits new polygons they could overlap each other.
This do not occurred using the normal Capture Polygon.
This occur with Qgis
Maybe is a bug?
I believe that the plugin doesn't support at all topological editing

OSGeo ID's. So you should be able to log in with your old

That is what I thought, but when I enter my user name and password and
then hit enter it comes up with a form saying register, with all the
fields already populated. but then says that the email address is
already taken.

I can see issues/bugs that I've filed before under the user name
