There is no C++ compiler on SMSQ/E, the object code would have to cross
compiled.
Unless a C++ compiler could be done for SMSQ/E

This defines the Superhermes SER3 to run at 38400 Baud. Since standard QL
serial ports are defined historical
Superhermes, then the SER3 port is defined
there.

Why not use QPC to write the QL files from the DOS directory to the QL
disks.
This has 2 advantages, it is keeps the QL header in tact and QPC is a good
program to use in a Windows environment.
