It's my first instalation of QMAIL and I am having one trouble to setup the

Never heard of it. Or do you mean
You've got much more basic problems here. Uninstall qmail and
everything else related, and then re-install according to the
instructions in Life with qmail at http://lifewithqmail.org . Follow
all of the instructions to the letter.
It *really* does work! Give it a try, You can almost do a
any help in trouble shooting this would be appreciated.

Now the mystery is how did I make that file in the first place?
I'm SURE that I followed the instructions in the qmail 'INSTALL.maidir' to
create this file. (as shown below)

www.qmail.org under the "Alternative Checkpassword Implementations" section
