score set to the same as my spamassassin score or should it be higher I
have had them the same for about 5 hours now and no spam is going into

Try uninstalling qmail-toaster beforehand:
# rpm -e --nodeps qmail-toaster
Note, I'm not absolutely positive that this will not cause any problem. I
would not do this on a production server.

Even if you don't install it, it's part of a the control-panel-toaster
package which installs administrative stuff. We put it in
