I do it every thrd morning at 5 am. I got a neighbor that goes to work at a nursing home and has to be there at 8 am. I can switch to evenings if need be. I find mornings work best. You cant take a narcotic less than 6 hours prior. (they will stop peristalsys), Because I use narcotics I take 3
