Merrill,
Yes, it is the same procedure with the Baclofen pump. It is refilled once
every six months, and adjusted as needed. But of course it's filled with
Baclofen instead of morphine.

Stacy, don't you have to be in control of the pain before it starts
getting bad?
I have so much noise going on in my head
Merrill,
Is the morphine in the form of a pill, a pump or a patch?

I have so much noise going on in my head, it has never been quiet enough to
meditate. Constant ocean roar in both ears.

Stacy, you might be a good candidate for a pain pump which
is surgically implanted in your spinal column or cord but I'm not sure which
and
it's much easier on you
Stacy,
Thank you very much for your advice on pain management. I have tried
meditation method, which was suggested by my psychiatrist, when I was in the
hospital. It's extremely difficult for me to concentrate. Even when it is
perfectly quiet in the room, it is extremely noisy and busy
Mark,
I have a Baclofen pump, which is surgically implanted. Have you ever heard
of anyone receiving pain medication through their Baclofen pump?

I'm not sure I can give decent advice about pain. Whatever seems great at
first, always fades away. Sometimes I feel as if I have pain under control, but
most of the time, it has me by the short hairs.
I sure hope and pray
