Hi Q,
You have to take into your calculations how much your body has changed over
the past 11 years. It may not seem much, but as you age, the changes will
add-up.

I am probably going to get an appointment for pressure mapping. At the very

I have been noticing that I am shifting a little each day in my chair and I
wonder if this is because my cushion doesn't work for me as well as it used

It may not be the cushion, but rather changes taking place in/with your
body. Have you ever had a pressure mapping session to determine those changes?

I was told that a cushion such as a roho quatro could be replaced if it was not

Quadius, are you getting increased pressure marks from sitting. If you are,
you should really address the issue as you do not want to get pressure sores.
What kind of cushion have you been using for 11 years? Have you had someone
adjust the Quattro that knows how to do it? let me know how
such as a roho quatro
could be replaced if it was not repairable. (it can be patched similar to an
inner tube on a tire)

Sometimes the best can be worst and the worst can be the best. But you'll
never quite know for sure without a positioning assessment. Its worth the
effort, especially with a Permobil
