The documentation;
https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/remove-vm-manually/
is only viable via templates that are not "installed by (system/dom0)".

Hello,
I am cloning the default templates before applying any changes in order to
start from scratch in case of problems
Thereof I have now several templates and it feels crowded.
Question:
How can I remove the default template VMs from Qubes but keeping the
installation package, so that I can

Look at the custom install Qubes page.
Go in the tty3 and format your drive from there according to instructions. Then
go back to GUI and try to install.

Sorry about that.
Sometimes the grub didn't come in my computer also.
I will try to put everything that I made here.

I know about the nomodeset solution, but I cant even bring up the grub menu at

I managed to get into the installer by holding tab just as it started to boot.
Unfortunately, the installation froze in the middle...

I've been using Debian on this device until now, albeit with the extra graphics
card disabled. I've been using R3.2 on a "gaming" desktop with a GTX 10XX card
and that's been working fine without any issues.

My issue is with purisms incredibly dishonest marketing, their pressure
campaigns on the FSF, their insulting of their competitors - not their
existence

I've tried both legacy on/off,
may be it is worth to add that the very same hardware combination worked
flawlessly when trying to install qubes 3.2 instead (just tried again to make
sure)
btw, i also apreciated that version 3.2 installer supports so many different
langauges apart from english.
hope that helps

The ME is capable of presenting a fake "softTPM" software based TPM but
in this case I doubt that is what the X220 has - and there is no reason
as to why a TPM shouldn't work with a cleaned ME as it doesn't involve
the ME it communicates directly on the

It's an hardware RAID on a Asus Sabertooth 990FX V2 motherboard.

Only issues i had was had to keep doing qvm-appmenus-sync on vms.
Another problem was I selected whonix as updatevm during installation, which
meant fedora-26 didn't update. I believe this is a known issue?
