As a follow-up to Roger’s message, I have been tracking CRAN checks on package
“terra”. Turns out that flavours "r-devel-linux-x86_64-debian-clang” and
"r-devel-linux-x86_64-debian-gcc” were reporting errors when checking an
earlier version of “terra” (1.7-37). As of today,
