Mobile/cell - in which case does your phone have a always or sometimes

or
Home phone - in which case is it a wireless/cordless DECT type?

of the house where my laptop loses signal and it just keeps on working.
My cell phone was next to it and it still worked fine.
I'm using all N devices which are known to have a better range than G
or B. Maybe you could get a
I just bought myself a birthday gift, the Squeezebox Radio. It's
fantastic! The speaker sound is impressive for such a small device and
the audio jack sounds wonderful with my Sennheiser headphones, albeit a
little more drive would be nice.
I have long used the Squeezebox server; I've had some
Same here. Just got to the 8th day without a reboot! Radio and the
alarm have all worked, just being connected to mysb.com--no local

This is not generally a problem for most users, but it certainly sounds
like it is for you. I suppose as long as you can set things up so that
the touch is not near the phone (that should be easy) or laptop, you
should be ok.

This could be because you solved the interference problem OR in the
other room you get a stronger

After months and months of reading about all the problems with Radio
alarms -- and experiencing them myself even though I run a server
locally, I finally called Logitech support today.
They are sending me an email questionnaire -- they are obviously still
in problem determination mode.
But the
It's a Squeezebox radio, my reuter name is unique and password is deft
correct because it just worked but then it lost signal again after just
2 songs.
Could it be to do with interference from other wifi stuff like my phone
and my laptop

Which player model?
Is your routers name (SSID) unique to your router? i.e. Not simply
Linksys or DLink?
Are you certain the passphrase is correct? No spaces (particularly at
the end)?

I tried spoofing the MAC address of the squeezebox but had no success
getting onto the network using it. Could I get the squeezebox to spoof
my computer's MAC address? I tried adding the following lines to
/etc/network/udhcpc_action:
# original radio MAC
Got a squeezebox last week and i have been able to connect it to my wi

i try to log onto it again and it makes me enter the retuer password
which I do and it says "Can't connect with this password"
Can't get it to work atall at the momen
