Hey Jerry,
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Toyo Atlantis 26inchers were
limited to 56cm frames and under. 58 and above were 700c.

Hey John,
If that tandem sounds like it's too small for you, would you be interested
in a Large Riv Hubbuhubbuh? Let me know if this piques your interest.

If any of you are in the NYC tri-state area, you are welcome to try out my
Rivs if you are in the 5'10 - 6'2 range.
I have the original Riv Road (comparable to the roadini/roadeo, I assume),
as well as the following:
56 All rounder
56 Toyo Atlantis
58 Waterford Atlantis
55 MIT Atlantis

Oh, I also have an AR, so I may be able to mock-fit the rack to the bike to
show you how it would look. Let me know!

I have a tubus logo evo in black. the 2-tiered system allows for lower
center of gravity for panniers, as well as no overlap between the panniers
and whatever you load on top of the rack, and the lower tier is off-set
towards the rear so as to minimize heel contact. I can take pics later in

Hi All,
Here's some stuff from my parts bin. all are new/unused:
XT m750 brake shifter combo for v-brake ($250)
XTR m970 brake shifter combo for v-brake ($350)
Brooks springed saddle OLD LOGO/BADGE ($140)
Ortlieb gravel packs ($170)
Surly front rack ($110)

You seem to be savvy in wheel building. I have a disk brake dynamo in gold
currently laced to a 700c rim with machined sidewall for rim brakes (so
versatile!) Let me know if you're interested. I'll send pics.

I feel like there can be some convenient use of da vinchi splitters on the
segments where the cable is exposed. Not sure how practical it will be, but
I usually undo the cable splitters on my coupled bikes to take my wheel on
and off, instead of tweaking with brakes and tire pressure.

Thanks for all of your wisdom, advice, and suggestions!
Special thanks to Jim for the links to the old readers! The story on the BS
Atlantis was illuminating!
I had no clue about the Handsome XOXOs! I've seen them on ebay and CL
before, but never batted an eye at them.
Now, I'll keep an eye out
Alternatively, I may rebuild the clem in a lesser spec than how it's built
now, but it will still be a considered overbuilt compared to the clem
completes that Riv is selling out of the box.
