May I photograph your bicycle? (this really happened...)

Hi Kip!

Hi Eric,
I am 6' 1/2" with a PBH of 89.2cm so just s smidge lower than you. When I
bought a custom Riv Road in 2001, Grant put me on a 61.5cm frame. It is
still superbly comfortable. I have since bought a 60cm Quickbeam and a 62cm
Legolas. I like the 62cm better.
As for cockpit position, I
Maybe only 2 actually. My spy shots have proven my memory unreliable. 1 Bosco 1

Are Grant and his neighbor both on a Gus? Or just one of them? Funny how
the different bars make them look like different bikes.
I would rather the flatter bar on that terrain, I know, for going up or
going down.

If you hadn't said anything, I would have guessed that's a Bosco Bullmoose in
front and the upcoming Wavie bar in the rear. Am I crazy to still think this?

I'm 100 miles in on a cycle of ride a little, tinker a little on this bike,
most recently raising the handlebars and adding a Bananasax (the blue
fabric works well with the blue rims, and contrasts rather than clashes
with the orange). More to do, but it's fun all the way. Here's a ride report
I just got my first compliment on my Roadini after less than 10 rides on

I wonder what the least resold Riv is? At least the smallest ratio or
percentage of resales to sales. Clearly the Riv Mountain is the least resold.

Open the image in it's own tab for full size, if one is wondering. The
background bike appears to have the lugged Riv Ahead stem as it's a single bolt
for 25.4 bar. The bars have the tell tale right side vertical band, though in

Nah, that's not what I'm seeing. The not-Bosco bar is using a normal threadless
stem with a Wavie-looking bar. A threadless Bullmoose would look similar to the
slingshot in the stem area.

I don't think it's a bullmoose. I think it's a regular bocso with a

For what it’s worth, when I ordered the Tandem, I spec’ed it with the G-One
