I think Riv probably will tweak their sizing recommendations. In my opinion if you really are a 90PBH then you are a 59, no question. Compare that Front Center of 65.5cm on the 59 MIT Atlantis to the 61cm Front Center of a 58cm MUSA Atlantis. That's almost 2 full inches of toe-overlap
