My saddles look about the same. With sit bones on that flat landing area
at the back of the saddle and a slightly upright posture, there is body
bottom comfort with no jewel damage. Think of the upraised pommel on a

It's not the fork's width that's the issue, it's the distance from the
dropouts to the fork crown that limits the size of tire on a Ram.
Mine Ram is a 60, yes it's a 700c bike. The 650b Hetre is just a tad
shorter than the 700x28 Ruffy Tuffy, but not much at all.
Spec on the Ram is a 37 mm max tire with 700 wheels for most of the sizes
and 26 wheels for the small sizes. I have the 52 cm frame with 26 and am
running 37 mm Paselas on it. There is some room still there, so if a 38
tire was avail in 26, I'd give it a try. Changing the 700 to 650B moves

All of the handlebars are set to about seat level height. All use Rivet
pearl saddles pushed pretty far back, and 2 use Nitto lugged seatposts and

lighting. During the last garage sale, they had a whole bag of new SP
dynamo hubs that were sold for a song ($20 or $25). If any of the Riv folks
