We have reported to Outback that the Mate3 OpticsRE will stop reporting if the internet goes down for a while. In the Caribbean, we have some outages and the M3 does not handle them well. I think there is an option to reboot the M3 daily, I would try that. You can be pretty sure it is not a cable
