I've done this once because the client had duty free concessions, he had to have the manufacturer's invoices. I quoted him Cost plus 20 for the materials plus a labour fee and a management fee. He took the quote and I never heard from him again, guess he tried to buy the goods at the same cost.

We do international shipping fairly often and always require prepayment. It can be difficult to do international wire transfers so we offer PayPal as an option and add on the "convenience fee". Don't ship without payment you have no way to get it back once it's gone. Wayne Irwin, President
