3RS is a good marking for a SMT device. This is a GaAs-N-FET made by Matsushita Denshi Kogyo Co. It is in a SOT-143 package and is of type 3SK184-S. I was unable to find a source of these with Google. I did find that these were a common transistor and also used by Icom and Alinco. These were a
