The existing bug should be fine; no need to file a new one.

For the record, I'll sponsor this.

Did you want one sponsor for all those CRs? Or can they be covered by
multiple sponsors?

Okay, I'll sponsor

Why don't you take the nightly ones, and I'll focus on the other ones

Linting in OpenSolaris is a bit broken. Some components can be linted,
some not. (That's ignoring the stuff that doesn't even lint in ON.)
So we can't be too rigid about requiring external contributors to lint
their submissions right now.

Yes, though the tools from the SCM Migration project[1] are likely to work
better than what's in the gate, especially with respect to webrev and
Mercurial.

6368560 may turn out to be unsuitable as a bite-size bug. I'll follow
up with you off-list about it.

I confirmed yesterday that 6368560 is in the upstream OpenSSH sources,
so I removed the oss-bite-size keyword from that bug. It doesn't appear
that this b

This bug is in code that Solaris gets from upstream developers. The
team that owns the code in Solaris has said that they would prefer that
the fix happen upstream. Solaris will get the fix the next

I think the idea was to treat the level-3 folks as interns, similar to

Yes, and they usually have non-trivial ARC experience, either as a
fast-track licensee or from multiple project submissions. I think that
translates into some minimum set of requirements to be a sponsorship
intern, which may well be hi

Yes, this proposal makes a lot of sense to me.

In case there is some confusion about this bug... I had originally told
Jeremy I would sponsor his fix--that was several weeks before the June
launch. So I was listed as RE. In the meantime it's become clear I
won't have time until after I've put back the split tree, so I've taken
