after a while without issues the pdf review and picture reviews stopped
working without any known reason. After uploading files the files are
correctly uploaded, but thumbnail is not visible and in pdf case there is
just the "loading circle" instead as can be seen in attached picture.

the issue has been resolved.
For mimetype "application/octet-stream" the real type is guessed by
application file.exe in module mimetypes.py. This application however
wasn't in any of the directories inside PATH system variable. By adding the
path to this application the

I've installed Reviewboard 3.0 on Windows server and everything seems to
work. However when I am creating new review - uploaded .c and .h files are
uploaded, but are not recognized and their field is left blank as is shown
