I upgraded to ReviewBoard 1.7.7.1 from 1.6.14
On the dashboard, the Posted time for the review requests are not showing
up properly.
When I go into the review requests, the Update 1 hour ago portion is
working fine.
Timezone is set as Canada/Pacific
Any ideas?

Forgot to mention,
the time posted for the review request is also not the same as the time on
the server. It is giving me server time+7 hours.

In the debug info, for whatever reason, django 1.4 was being loaded. I
deinstalled it and reinstalled django 1.3 and that fixed it.

authenticate myself, I can browse the repository no problem.

I also see this error in my logs:
