Soon we'll be migrating SCM from Perforce to RTC
Will I be able to use Reviewboard with RTC ?

I have setup Reviewboard with version ReviewBoard-1.0.8 on windows
with DB set on postgresql.
Everything is working filne but while working on reviewboard, Every
now-n-then I see the below error :

setup , but no luck as yet.
I've got my Sys Admin to help me with LDAP settings, so I am pretty
sure that there is nothing wrong with those

I have a working setup of Reviewboard.
I am using Perforce.
The user accounts that I created on ReviewBoard have same login-
name and password as user's perforce account.
My questions :
1. Why do I need to specify a perforce login/password (or ticket)
while adding repositories in the
