Can you see what's in the reviewboard.log file (if it's turned on)? Also, can you repeat this? Also, is there any useful information in the browser's Developer Tools? User claimed 2nd time published was OK . FYI , i have installed and enabled review-bot extension. Yes . User reproduced the error and i have attached the reviewboard.log with DEBUG on.
