Feature request - Hide inactive members when creating member groups

Our Review Board instance (2.5.6.1) has a number of inactive users. It would be nice to hide those users when adding members to Member Groups. The Users management feature has the ability to show all, active, or inactive users. Something like that for Member Groups would be great. I see that

Hi Terry, This will only auto-add new members to the groups, and not the people who are already in there. For that, we have the group import feature ("Import Users"), which will allow you to batch-add a group's worth of people to a license (or all users in the database). Auto-added users
