So everything was working fine, no worries
Then I ran out of disk space. I ended up identifying the default backup scheme
(something I hadn't modified) as the culprit: 25GB per backup is kind of
ridiculous! I fixed that problem and don't have disk space issues any more,
but I'm still getting

Well the best part is that Review Board has been working so well for us that
the "control group"
I did an initial rollout with has, on their own, expanded to include our entire
development team ☺

PS:
So, before we used Review Board we used an internal (python based, similar to
how p4review works) tool to do the following:
1 - Make a copy of the files in a changelist to a share
2 - Make a copy of the "baseline" version files to the same share
3 - Make a "wrapper" file specifying what the files
Yeah, this one got me.
Particularly because what I set for my "$P4PORT" was NOT what the server
returned in `p4 info` (I used an IP address because I've had DNS issues in the
past, but the server returned its hostname.)
