couldn't find her in the dropdown menu where you can search for
Owner/Creator/LastUpdatedBy. So I checked again and saw that a couple of
privileged users are not in this list.
I seem to have two problems with e-mails from RT right now. One is that for
some reason anything from RT is showing its full header in Outlook, although

The sql perf is fine, but the www perf, what do you monitor exactly? The apache
stats? This will bring you back only the apache information, not how rt is
working.
We do at this moment a login and ticket opening with wget and graph this in
cacti, but this is not the correct result we get,

RT 3.6.4/Oracle XE ..We imported the data from OLD MysSql to Oracle XE.
RT is working mostly fine from the web interface but I am getting errors
on TWO areas ( Configuration - Global - User Rights and /
