All,
I ran an explain on the query in MySQL and noticed that it was using one of the
RTx-Shredder indexes. After I deleted all those indexes things went back to
normal. Phew.
In case this is useful:

Here's a minor suggestion for 3.8: versioned schemas.
It would be a lot easier to automate upgrade if you could simply query
the database to determine what schema version is installed. Yeah, I

Hi all,
I'm having some issues getting RT installed under windows using exchange server

My fetchmail now bombs with errors:

It was working well before. I could send email and create a ticket, that was
not a problem.
I send email through my regular mail, an account that RT knows and has it in
the database. TO say, this is a privileged user.

Hi list,

be visible for the special user group Members RMB and project managers
I've recently discovered that for Attachments, the 'Next' method will
retrieve the SECOND attachment the first time it's called, as in the
following:
$self-TransactionObj-Attachments-Next
Maybe the same for your groups?
I was going to ask the list...

We have a workflow where our customers log in to RT and can create a new
ticket in the Helpdesk Queue. Unfortunately they are currently able to
assign an Owner during the Create process.
I have not been able to find a permission that limits or allows
assigning an owner, it seems to be granted
