[rt-users] rt-mailgate issues with 4.2.12 (Use of uninitialized value $NewSubject)

We upgraded to 4.2.12 and everything looked ok. However, we are now unable to submit tickets via email using rt-mailgate. I have seen many posts but none of the proposed solutions seem to work. We are using the same command as we did in 3.8.7 for sendmail . Here is our setup. Perl: 5.16.3
