In RT 4.4 for the Self Service area is there a way to use the description of a field instead of the field name in the web form? I'm creating a form but want a more verbose description of the field instead of the internal field name. I'd like to use the standard form if possible with global

Kevin, I deleted rt 4.2.0 and dropped the database, downloaded and installed rt 4.0.18. Appear to have the same errors without doing anything with RTIR. I did see some old threads on mod fcgi with similar errors and returning exit 255. This is my first time installing RT using perlbrew.

Is there a maximum number of displayed queues in the quick search for RT 3.8.2? I just added another queue that is both enabled and set to be seen and also I am a super user so I should see it anyway. It doesn't appear in the list. I am probably close to or over 100 enabled queues at this
