Hi All,
We are trying to install the RT 3.6 version, and for which we were installing mod_fastcgi module. We wanted the mod_fastcgi module to be a shared object for which we are using apxs command provided by the Apache (version

The command is as follows:
cd mod_fastcgi-2.4.2
apxs -o

Im trying to upgrade to version 3.6.0 from 3.4.5 and in
trying to install all the perl dependencies I keep getting the following error

Hi,
I guess the easiest way to get the logoff time is to map the session to
your User Login id. Afterwards you can always overwrite the logoff time
with the current time when the session is verified - thus you have the
time of the last request as the logoff time.

There was pretty extensive discussion of this on the mailing list, along
with a new configuration file preference.

Hello!
I just migrated from 3.0.12 to rt3.6.0. The imported data looks
okay, but
I get no result when I search for source ticket ids which are merged.
I can search for the destination ticket id, and I see the
merge transaction with the source id. But when I look for this

What version of searchbuilder DBIx are you using, we had this problem
with version 1.33 and RT 3.4.4 , we managed to fix it by removing line

Roy,
I am currently using RT v3.4.2 and I have $VERSION = 1.38; of
SearchBuilder.pm installed. The OS is Fedora Core 4 and the DB is remote
Oracle 9i I believe.
I will look into my file and see if that line is there and then test it out on
my development system.
Is the SearchBuilder.pm used
Unfortunately that line or anything that resembles that code does not exist in
version 1.38 :(

when 2 tickets are merged the time spent gets set to 0

I'm trying to upgrade a RT 2.0.14 db to RT 3.2.2. Am using the rt2-to-rt3-1.23

like it's incomplete... here's what it has for all of the users:

What I've found is that if you have a newer version that it usually
doesn't matter. I had the same problem with XML::RSS. Make testdeps
wouldn't find v1.05 however, I have v1.10 installed. Everything still
worked as expected.
I suspect that some items are hard-coded for a particular version

Ah, the upgrade script didn't apply my article CFs to my classes.

Hi all-
I upgraded from 3.4.4 to 3.6.0 earlier this week, and so far so good.
It is time to create a report that uses some bookmarked searches and I
used to export to csv with the 'displayed fields only'. I'd take the
results of 3 or so bookmarked links and then paste the values into a
template
