I searched the list archives (and the RT help/wiki), but was not successful

Maybe it is just to obvious?

I think i will go the way to NOT translate all the things. As i read from all

OK, i'm nearly finished with the translation (with the new updates from

Hi,
I have tried
=item C$WebPath
If you're putting the web ui somewhere other than at the root of
your server, you should set C$WebPath to the path you'll be
serving RT at.
C$WebPath requires a leading / but no trailing /.
In most cases, you should leave C$WebPath set to '' (an empty value).

Don't play with this variable in 3.8.1 unless you know what you're
doing. WebDomain, WebPath and WebPort are all you need in most cases.

Hi,
No problem,
Maybe I have default set up wrong in apache ?
I dont mind if its only at 127.0.0.1 and not /rt as long as it works ;)
Any ideas?
this is what I have ::
NameVirtualHost *
VirtualHost *
ServerAdmin [EMAIL PROTECTED]
DocumentRoot /var/www/
Directory /
Set( $WebDomain, 'localhost' );
Set( $WebPath, '/rt' );
That's all you need, as far as I can see. Domain is DOMAIN and is not
domain + path.

We have a template that we have used on many different versions of RT that will
display the complete ticket history. We have it tied to a scrip that will
notify an admin when a ticket is closed and show them the complete history.
This stopped working after we upgraded to RT 3.8.0. Everything

Both you and Helmuth had the right answer for me--I apparently had
