Hi All,
I'm hoping someone here could help me out or give any suggestions or advice.
I have inherited an environment where RT was setup as 2 front-end
application servers (round robin via DNS) and 2 mysql db servers (mysql
servers are setup with replication).
Recently one of our mysql server's roo

Naweed,
AdminCc's are basicallt identified as groups and there are relationships
with ACL, GroupMembers & Tickets.
I'd advise having your external system just send an email to the correct
ticket and use CommandByMail to add an AdminCc. That way, RT will keep
everything in sync.

Hi,
Just curious if anyone knows of an extension to RT that allows automated
task timing? Some kind of 'button' that, when clicked, would start
timing a task and then when you click it a second time it logs the time
against a specific task.
Anyone?

I put this in the local ./html/Elements/MakeClicky callback file:

Sorry to re-post this, but I'm still completely stuck with this issue and I'm
not sure how to further troubleshoot it. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Most often, this is because your RT server answers to two domain names and the
users' cookies are only for one.

Hello,
I'm new to RT and I'm not sure how to go about creating this. I'd like
to be able to log changes that are made to assets, which are mostly
computers, and I haven't been having much luck figuring it out. I'm not
changing the properties of the asset like IPaddr, name, or custom
fields, but ra
Hello,
If you have set Set(@Active_MakeClicky, qw(httpurl_overwrite));
and you add a link like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTML_anchor#Anchor to a

it becomes visible as "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H TML_anchor#Anchor" (note

and the link location is "http://en.w
Hi,
Any news about this? Is there something else you need besides the logs?
Waiting for your answer.
Thanks,
Osnat.

I changed to Unicode(UTF-8) and that seems to do the trick. Thanks!
