The following is working for me on RT 3.6.5. I found it on the
CustomizingWithCallbacks wiki page under the 'spam' link. You need to
create a file named 'ModifySearch'. See info below.

Check your Perl module dependencies. I had the same problem and it
turned out that perl-DBIx-SearchBuilder needed and update to the latest
version. Download the src tar.gz and do a 'configure' 'make testdeps'
to see if you are missing modules required.

I have a question regarding de fulltext search option on the simple
search page. Is it possible to disable this feature there? The idea
behind this is that I don't want a regular user searching the database

template? I think you need to have attachment sent from the web

made an option that makes it easy and quick to create a DependsOn ticket
in queues where users have SeeQueue/CreateTicket permission for. People
like to call them SubTickets here. Now the problem is if they don't have

I want to try and prevent creating duplicate attachments in a workflow. Is it
possible to link an existing attachment in the database to a different
transaction from a new or other ticket without adding the same attachement
again? For viewing it looks like a user requires showticket or
