I wouldn't want to swear to it, but I suspect these last two errors
point to a problem in your scrips.

I'm running Makefile.pm to

Since upgrading from RT 3.5 to 3.6.3 I've been having problems with some
of the Statistics reports.
The major problem is that two of the reports don't appear when invoked.
The chart box is blank. The reports are Tickets by status per day,
Time to Resolve tickets by Queue.

Hi! I'd like a copy of your improved package too.
I tried to introduce the fix you mentioned in your post dated July 18,
2006. My copy of index.html doesn't have the end of table around line
146. It's around line 83, and there is a / between /table and hr.
We're experiencing the statistics bug
recently.
ahh, yup , after RTFSource I can see the difference is that
the Notify action suppresses sending and email to the creator
of the tranasaction, where as AutoReply doesn't.
At least I think thats it..

OnCreate Notify only goes to teh AdminCc:s by default.
You can add either add the group as an admincc: , or add an extra script
to the quue to send alert to the cc as well.

I've added two queues to RT. They are shown as active. The problem is
that they don't appear in the dropdown lists of queue names for ticket
creation on the home page. They do appear in the dropdown list of queue

Hi. I've been beating my head against the wall trying to get RT
approvals working so we can use it for change management. I'm getting
this error message in file warn:
Jan 11 11:40:33 isdws76250 RT: Use of uninitialized value in hash
element at /opt/rt3/lib/RT/Action/CreateTickets.pm line 863.
If this list is moderated, you suppress this and the earlier post.
During my annual review with my manager today, I realized a typo in the
template and fixed it.

the unstall when all the deps are resovled.
Or does someone have a better way of achiveing this?

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light as to how to get RT to send
out email.
Here's what I've done so far:
* Upgrade machine is CentOS 7 (apache, mariadb, and postfix)
* installed RT 4.4 (previous 3.8.8)
* transferred database to new machine
* upgraded database
* configured
From address is valid. I'm comparing the logs from 3.8 and 4.4 and in the
4.4 logs, there just isn't any indication that SendEmail.pm is invoked. It's
as if that action isn't called at all.
