idea to make the emulator work with the CD-drive so that one can
load games directly from CD.
Well, the first results looks good, Martijn was able to load Z80-files
directly from CD, but we are not sure how it will work with CD's that are
slower then 36speed(1).

BMP2SCR and SCR2BMP where on a
Fred-disk, they work quite well except for a small bug when your BMP has
less than 16 colors. I use those programs quite often :)
And there was a IFF to SCR proggie i believe.

now, the first version to support CD-rom (playing audio tracks, and copy
files from CD-rom).
Mind you B-dos 1.6 is not compatible with the Atom-version of Sam Paint
(yet). It (Sampaint) crashes when you try to save something.

fine, but saving crashes the program.
