   - Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams within a
   formalized methodology.
   - Demonstrated experience in HCM, preferably with a working knowledge of
   the SAP SuccessFactors solutions – Employee Central, Employee Central
   Payroll, SF Cross module and 3rd Party application integration
