There seems to be something odd about your installation. The serious problems you mention aren't happening on my shr-u install, and I'm sure we would have seen many more reports if they were widespread. Did you upgrade using a new image (flash or tarball) or did you use opkg to upgrade the exis

I have the same problems after a recent opkg upgrade (don't remember how recent). The sound in calls became extremely low but it helped if I turned the volume up to max during a call. I also occasionally get the vibration during incoming calls and it really makes a mess of the call quality as the o
