Bombay is about the only place I see it sold / drunk (never been to mysore..)
My usual drink in Madras is Leo Top Blend (quite good, nice even roast with a
chocolatey aftertaste) - but the mysore concerns stuff beats it hands down.
Lovely dark roast too, and pure coffee. None of that chicory
Chicory is actually great for keeping blood glucose down:-) but yes, Mysore
concerns has great coffee. let us know where you find it please!

I hate it. It makes the coffee taste horrible and gives me acid
indigestion. Especially with the cheaper coffee they

Where did you get this Mysore Concerns coffee, SRS? Did you get the powder
or drink the coffee? If this was in Blr, let us...or at least me...know.
Bombay. Mysore Concerns is one of those years old institutions in Matunga,
along with other haunts of palakkad
So, Deepa, did the great coffee lady tell you where you can get that
perfect blend in Bangalore? That mixture sounds perfect.
SRS: Allow me to bust your chicory bubble a bit. The acid

of chicory snobs and I think it adds

At the time, I was buying my coffee powder from the Coffee Board outlet on
Museum Road; she suggested that I just buy some chicory powder and add 100
gm or 200 gm (as I wished) to every kg of coffee powder. I have continued to

List of coffee places please?

That does it. I'm inviting myself to your place for a genuinely good cup of
coffee (discussion on right wing politics an optional extra) :)

My gawd. If you have any more, I think you will be an insomniac for a year
(if you survive not being hungry that is).
I think my record during one conference is a couple of espressos at breakfast,
one during two tea breaks, and a capuccino as a nightcap
