The idea of this is not getting into a cell, but getting a high ion
concentration right beside a bacteria.
If a silver ion would not react with the phospholipids (as is implied
in this study) one could use a number of other silver compounds other
than silver nitrate.

It is very doubtful that CS could help with Parkinson's. I would recommend
looking into LDN therapy as I think I have recently read of some promising
results with that.
