problem is another kidney infection which the doctors have given him anti
biotic for. The trouble is, he is having trouble swallowing them

Aloe vera is added to many products for the purposes you write about but
actually it is astringing which makes it drying in and of itself. EO of
Lavender is better than Aloe if many situations.
