Arm and hammer has no aluminum in it. Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate
and only has carbon, hydrogen and oxygen in it. I even have a copy of a

some years back... wasn't there a list member who had jumped into a pond and
developed a fungus infection perhaps in his sinuses that was overcome with cs
as well as other alternative methods?
