Thanks, Sol. That's an interesting data point. Any fillings she had were the original, low copper variety, and have been absent entirely for the last 35 years. Another reasonable question, given her age, is whether she was vaccinated as a child and/or had additional vaccinations along the way.

I may be totally off base but don't you want to expose yourself to some germs to keep your immune system strong and up to par...killing everything you come in contact with is like a remote immune system and not using or boosting the one you have...I think colds are good but the over the counter

I think CS does nothing to or for the immune system. It kills bacteria, viruses, and some or most fungi. Period. (Well except for stimulating healing of wounds...I've seen it do that when used topically). If your immune system can't handle something, use enough CS long enough to get the job
