Thanks, Sol. That's an interesting data point. Any fillings she had
were the original, low copper variety, and have been absent entirely
for the last 35 years.
Another reasonable question, given her age, is whether she was
vaccinated as a child and/or had additional vaccinations along the way.
I'll ask, doubt she was vaccinated, as she was from a very old fashioned
Italian family. She never saw a dentist until she was 18 and working
full time and could pay for it herself. Her stepfather was a real shit,
and would not spend a dime on someone else's child. When her own
husband died
Mike,
She says she had some fillings in her young adulthood, but she has
had her dentures (full top and bottom) since her early to mid 50's. So
that would put her having no teeth since around 1970.

From what I've been reading on Dr. Huggins' site, about 1970 they
introduced an amalgam
Deborah,
It's mentioned a couple of times on drhuggins.com, but he talks about
it more in some of the materials you can order from their store.
Re-reading what's on the site, it seems that the new formulation was
introduced about 1976... just in time for me to get my first filling!
Yay! sigh
could somone post the info about the change in 1970 that is really
interestingdeb

Don't know that you need it, but misting keeps me from catching colds
and flus. I am very susceptible to them.
No need to rub it in. .

I may be totally off base but don't you want to expose yourself to some germs
to keep your immune system strong and up to par...killing everything you come
in contact with is like a remote immune system and not using or boosting the
one you have...I think colds are good but the over the counter
You can be exposed to things without getting sick. To me, getting sick means
your immune system isn't as strong as it should be.

Nope. I'm not interested in exposing myself to diseases that 59 years
have shown me my immune system can't handle.
I'm killing the buggers off at the entrances before they can set up shop.

This brings up an issue I have wondered about for a long time. Some
Hi Grace1way,
yes you do want to expose yourself. that is why children put everything in
their mouths it is a way to introduce environment microbes to the system to
bulid the immunity. Most microbes are beneficial, even some of them that have a
bad name like E-coli. can have a good effect on
I hope I didn't already post this, but my husband is just getting over a
really nasty cold he's had for over two weeks.
I didn't catch it. Mist, mist, mist. Sip, sip, sip. He neglects his
misting, but still he only gets one or two colds a year. His immune
system is better than mine, or he just
I think CS does nothing to or for the immune system. It kills bacteria,
viruses, and some or most fungi. Period. (Well except for stimulating
healing of wounds...I've seen it do that when used topically).
If your immune system can't handle something, use enough CS long enough
to get the job
I thought the opposite was true...when your having symptoms your immune system
is fighting it...cleansing some people would say...and when you sneeze you are
throwing the germs out and they get passed to the next person...when a person
starts to feel better that's when they are contagious...
