Why extra light olive oil specifically? Would other forms of olive oil have
the same beneficial effects?

What does 220 mean? I mean here in the UK ours is measured in single figures
upwards i.e. the 'normal' range is 4 whereas mine is 7 which is fine with me.
What would be the equivalent, does anyone know? dee
