All OK except the first virtual host I've setup won't work.
Have VHosting working fine on a RH7 box.
The browser error is...
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
httpd.conf says...

Hi all,
I'm trying to get a 64k ISDN DoV link going.
It's under debian potato (2.2.18 kernel). I've apt-got installed
isdnutils, loaded hisax module etc etc but where/how do I tell
it to use DoV??
I don't want to recompile anything as this box has no kernel
source or compiler or make etc and
Picked up a nice NEC notebook at the Power Barn. Came loaded with win XP
which I promptly destroyed and made a dual SuSE-7.3 and Win98. I have a
space for 2 X type 2 cards and am looking first for a decent graphics card,
can't seem to find any around this Bonnells Bay area. Any suggestions,

We've had a lot of trouble with Kyocera printers too. You may find
that it needs a firmware upgrade to get a newer version of Postscript
or KPDL, but even that's not guaranteed to fix your
It sounds definitely like the Kyocera doesn't print postscript or isn't configured to
automatically detect the PJL (print job language)
Try setting it up as a HP LJ4 with PCL and it should get you going (I think you need
to install the gimp printing, and extra cups drivers)

Chris,
I'm a SCO ace.
I don't know what it has to do with PCL printing :P
My best mate works for a Minolta outfit and does it - but he'd probably be
the last person who would want to talk to you (being competition and all).
The hard part is knowing where to cut he pcl print job to insert PCL
I'm looking for a curses version of xcdroaster. A freshmeat search of
cdrecord gave burnCDDA, burncenter and CDRX - burncenter being the
most popular and seemingly more functional of the three.
Are there any others ? I can't find cd-tux (as recommended in the
CD-Writing HOWTO) anywhere.

All,
in my .htaccess file I have
ErrorDocument 400 /Errors/BadRequest.html
ErrorDocument 404 /Errors/NotFound.html
Now when I type a URL thats not there the correct error document
pops up. When I type a rather bad URL with chars like %^$%$^% it
comes up with the original APACHE based error

Hi all,
I have been using Apachetoolbox to compile Apache on a new server, I want to
include PHP, MySql and Postgres support, and all seemed well until I go to
compile Apache where I get:

David,
Yeah you sound very experienced on the matter.
Standard telephone equipment - I know that line.
ISDN isn't standard so Telstra can do whatever they bloody please with it.
And where is Austel now to correct their vague definition of standard
telephone equipment?
You can't even make ISDN

David,
Yep.
Telstra doesn't switch data calls out of the country to other carriers like
AAPT and so on. Only voice calls can be selected with the carriers override
codes.
The international data rates are at least 8 times the voice rates.
Whats the difference? Aren't both digitally switched
