Funny enough, I had a similar problem with an old power cord recently and it
was not charging consecutively and also it was making the laptop too hut while

My MacBook Air is attached to my Apple Cinema Display and I have installed Lion
to it when it came out 2 days ago. It was only today when I used my laptop on
the train with it's trackpad that I realised how useful and intuitive the new
trackpad gestures and even the natural scrolling is.

I personally recommend sticking to Snow Leopard. I did a clean install, and all
my MobileMe contacts have disappeared, both on the system and the MobileMe
servers. I am chatting to an Apple representative on the internet at the
moment but I don't think he's going to be able to help me much.

There has been numerous guides on the net with regards to making a clean
install of Lion. Has anybody tried clean installing Lion? If so, which guide
you've used to achieve this?

That should work as long as both systems are authorised with the Mac App
Store account you've used to download the installation file. This is true in
theory, in practice I don't know.
